About the opportunity
Vraify is looking for experienced freelance HR Recruiters who can source, screen, and help hire candidates globally for ongoing remote projects.
We need recruiters with a strong independent sourcing background and the ability to find qualified candidates across multiple countries, industries, and skill areas. This role is ideal for freelancers who already have experience using LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, referrals, professional networks, and direct outreach to build strong candidate pipelines.
This is a performance-based contract opportunity. Recruiters can earn up to USD $150 for each candidate successfully selected and onboarded. This is not an hourly or fixed-salary role.
Key Responsibilities
- Source qualified candidates globally through LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, referrals, freelance networks, and direct outreach.
- Build and maintain pipelines for remote, contract, technical, AI, language, data annotation, finance, engineering, and specialist roles.
- Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screening.
- Assess candidate experience, English communication, availability, location eligibility, and fit for specific assignments.
- Ensure candidates are genuinely interested, responsive, available, and eligible before submission.
- Coordinate candidate follow-ups for assessments, interviews, documentation, and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, candidate records, and status updates.
- Meet agreed sourcing timelines and hiring requirements.
- Maintain candidate confidentiality and follow ethical recruitment practices.
Required Qualifications
- Proven freelance recruitment, talent acquisition, staffing, or candidate-sourcing experience.
- Strong experience sourcing candidates globally for remote or contract-based roles.
- Hands-on expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, job portals, Boolean search, referrals, and professional networks.
- Ability to independently identify, engage, screen, and submit qualified candidates.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Excellent follow-up, organization, and stakeholder-coordination skills.
- Reliable laptop and internet connection.
Compensation Terms
- Earn up to USD $150 per candidate successfully selected and onboarded.
- Payment is performance-based and tied to successful candidate selection and onboarding.
- Candidate submission alone does not guarantee payment.
- Strong-performing recruiters may receive ongoing assignments based on business requirements.
