Every line of code, every product release, and every conversation with our customers brings us closer to ensuring no patient’s treatment quality depends on where they live.Why This Role MattersIn this role, you will help advance treatment accuracy in radiation oncology by guiding the development and delivery of DoseGuide, Radformation’s online radiotherapy treatment alignment software. DoseGuide enhances current patient positioning techniques by providing pre-treatment assessment of estimated dose to the target and surrounding healthy tissue, allowing clinicians to apply more optimal treatment couch positions and improve overall treatment accuracy.You will work closely with Engineering, Product, Support, Success, and leadership teams to define software features, manage releases, test product versions, and ensure DoseGuide continues to meet the evolving needs of clinics and patients around the world.Responsibilities Include:Software feature prioritization and specification based on customer needsHandling product releases and all accompanying requirementsTesting product versions prior to release, including version regression testing to ensure product integrityInvestigating and resolving issues discovered during testingCoordinating with Support and Success teams to troubleshoot customer issues and share feedback with Product, Engineering, and Radformation leadershipRequired Experience:5 years of experience as a clinical physicist, dosimetrist, or Product Manager within Radiation OncologyProject management experience, including operational management and delivery across multiple products or product linesIn-depth understanding of radiation oncology workflows3+ years of in-clinic, on-treatment experiencePreferred Experience:More than 5 years as a clinical physicist or dosimetrist using multiple Radformation products and multiple treatment planning systems2 years of Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) product management experience, including operational management and deliveryExperience with online adaptive systems such as Varian Ethos, ViewRay MRIdian, Elekta Unity, or similar platformsVerification and/or validation testing management and completionRegulatory or Quality Management System experience, preferably with Matrix ALMProgramming experience, specifically using C#Experience with project workflow software such as JiraCustomer service experienceAI & Hiring IntegrityAt Radformation we believe AI can be an incredible tool for innovation, but our hiring process is all about getting to know you, your skills, experience, and unique approach to problem solving.
