Responsibilities

Are you a "marketing athlete" who thrives on data and strategy? We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to drive the expansion of two high-growth US brands. This is not just about social media posting; it is about executing a "Moneyball" style strategy to disrupt the staffing industry and build a powerhouse recruitment engine. Job Overview In this dual-focus role, you will represent: * ScaleHouse Talent (60%): A sophisticated "Talent Auditor" firm using behavioral analytics to de-risk hiring for startups. * Timeproof USA (40%): A premier roofing and remodeling company where you will lead recruitment marketing to attract top-tier labor and crews. * Location: Remote (Latin America Only). * Type: Full-Time / Contract. * Compensation: $1,000 - $1,800 USD/month based on experience. * Schedule: US Business Hours (EST/CST). Key Responsibilities For ScaleHouse Talent (The Growth Engine): * The "Trojan Horse" Strategy: Help produce industry reports and interview market leaders to build high-level relationships. * Lead Magnet Deployment: Create and distribute high-value assets (Calculators, Scorecards) to capture leads from Founders and VPs. * LinkedIn ABM: Manage the Founder’s personal brand, engaging with prospects and managing automated outreach workflows. * Tech Stack Management: Maintain our Webflow site, optimizing the "Dual Funnel" (Client vs. Candidate paths). For Timeproof USA (The Recruitment Engine): * Community Management: Act as the first touchpoint for employer branding on Facebook and Instagram. * Visual Storytelling: Create compelling content that showcases our craftsmanship and culture to attract the best roofing crews in the market. Requirements * English Mastery: C1/C2 Level. You will ghostwrite for the CEO; your writing must be sharp, witty, and flawless. * Data-Driven Mindset: We prioritize "Attribution Mastery" over vanity metrics. You need to know exactly how a lead becomes a customer. * Tech Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Webflow (CMS), Apollo (sequencing), Manatal (ATS), and Canva. * Experimentation Velocity: A passion for A/B testing and using data to pivot quickly. * Strategic Thinking: Ability to switch between a sophisticated B2B "Moneyball" approach and a blue-collar recruitment strategy. Why Join Us? You will not be another cog in the machine. You will be at the forefront of a data-driven marketing revolution, working directly with founders who value results over "likes.".
