What You'll Do:Build, maintain, and improve ClearStar’s operational control framework to support accuracy, consistency, and performanceLead enterprise wide process improvement initiatives using Lean or Six Sigma methodologiesOversee SOP and workflow governance, including monitoring, updates, and documentation qualityAnalyze operational data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunitiesPartner with Compliance, Product Innovation, Customer Success, Technology, and Operations to ensure alignment across business prioritiesManage, coach, and develop a team of four to six process improvement and operational control specialistsImplement change management plans that support successful adoption of new processes and toolsIdentify automation and technology enablement opportunities that improve efficiency and reduce manual effortPromote a culture of continuous improvement and operational discipline across the organizationWhat You'll Need:Experience leading operational excellence, continuous improvement, or process optimization initiativesStrong understanding of workflow governance, SOP structure, and quality controlHands on experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologiesAbility to lead teams, influence cross functional partners, and communicate clearly in a dynamic environmentStrong analytical skills and comfort working with performance metricsExperience supporting fast paced, service driven teamsA dedicated home office space that is noise- and distraction-free with access to a reliable and secure high-speed internet connection. Cable or fiber internet connections (at least 75mbps download/10mbps upload) are preferred, as satellite connections often cannot support the technologies used to perform day-to-day task.Who You Are:You are a problem solver who thrives in structured, efficient environments.
