Core HRM Operations: Manage attendance tracking with accuracy and timely reporting; Handle leave and overtime management (validation & documentation); Support compliance implementation across regions; Maintain and update HRIS records; Assist in equipment tracking and coordination.Performance & Employee Lifecycle: Facilitate performance evaluations; Monitor PIP; Assist with termination processes and documentation; Support annual salary review processes.Global HR Coordination: Coordinate with HR and project leaders across multiple countries; Ensure timely follow-ups and task completion; Support standardization of HR processes globally.Virtual Workplace Support (Work Adventure & Gather): Act as a spotlight moderator to maintain engagement; Monitor employee presence in virtual workspace; Ensure professional standards (dress code, camera visibility, etc.).
