Solar Company | LATAM Preferred One of our clients, a solar company, is hiring a high-ownership RevOps / HubSpot Operator to help improve sales execution, tighten CRM usage, and increase revenue capture from existing demand. This is not a basic admin role. We need someone who can own the system day to day, improve visibility for leadership, reinforce process adoption with the sales team, and identify where revenue is being lost. 🔷 About The Company They’re a residential solar company based in Northern California. The business already has sales activity running, but needs a stronger operator to own HubSpot, improve process consistency, and give leadership clear visibility into pipeline performance. This role is meant to take operational burden off the owner and become the internal owner of the revenue system. 🔷What You’ll Do * Own HubSpot and related revenue operations workflows * Monitor lead flow, pipeline movement, quoting, and follow-up activity * Improve CRM hygiene and sales team adoption * Build and maintain dashboards and reporting for leadership * Identify process gaps and revenue leaks, then help fix them * Support integrations and connected systems across the tech stack * Bring structure, visibility, and accountability to the sales process 🔷 What We’re Looking For * Strong hands-on HubSpot experience * RevOps / Sales Ops / CRM operations background * Experience supporting sales teams directly * Strong reporting and dashboard skills * Ability to spot problems, recommend solutions, and execute * Strong English communication * High ownership and ability to work independently * Experience with Zapier or other integration tools 🔷Nice to Have * Experience with CallRail, Insightly, Looker Studio, ClickUp, or similar tools * SQL capability * AI / technical comfort 🔷 Who’s a Fit * You like owning systems, not just handling tickets * You can work across both systems and people * You are proactive, structured, and execution-focused * You can help leadership make better decisions through cleaner data and reporting 🔷Logistics * Remote * LATAM preferred * Overlap with Pacific Time business hours required 🔷Compensation The range is between USD $2.5k–$3.2k/mo, with room for growth based on performance and hitting milestones short-term and long.
