If you thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy finding and engaging top engineering talent, and want to work with a global team that values quality and growth, this role is the right fit for you.Your RoleAs a Global Recruiter at Radity, you'll drive our hiring efforts across multiple technical roles, from software engineers to project managers. You'll manage the full recruitment cycle, create effective sourcing strategies, collaborate closely with hiring managers, and help us scale our international teams with the right talent.Key ResponsibilitiesSource and attract qualified candidates for technical roles using LinkedIn, Manatal ATS, and other sourcing platforms.Build and execute effective sourcing strategies.Conduct professional and structured screening interviews to assess technical and cultural fit.Manage the recruitment pipeline end-to-end, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and hiring managers.Collaborate with engineering leads and management to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.Maintain organized and accurate candidate data in the ATS.Support onboarding preparations for new hires.What Were Looking ForMinimum 2 years of experience in tech recruitment.English fluency at B2+ level, both written and spoken.
