Virtual Assistant – Social Media & Admin | Remote at Brandsetters Agency

We are a growing creative agency based in Vancouver, Canada, looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team remotely. We work with multiple brands and need someone who can help keep things running smoothly across social media, admin, and client management. Core Responsibilities: - Schedule posts, reels, and videos to TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest using Buffer. - Help prep and schedule content for our brands. - Prepare and send client invoices. - Assist with client research and outreach. Additional Responsibilities: - Organize and maintain a content calendar. - Resize/format content for different platforms when needed. - Track post performance and put together simple weekly reports. - Respond to basic client or follower messages (DMs, emails) using provided templates. - Help source and organize UGC, references, or inspiration content. - Light research tasks (competitors, trends, hashtags, pricing). - Keep shared folders (Google Drive / Notion) organized and up to date. - Ad hoc admin tasks as needed. Candidate Profile: - Have experience with Buffer or similar scheduling tools (Later, Hootsuite, etc.). - Understand short-form video content and social media trends. - Are organized, proactive, and take initiative. - Communicate clearly in English (written and spoken). - Have worked with a North American client or agency before (a plus, not required). - Are based in Bogotá, Colombia or nearby. Details: - Pay: $300–$400 USD/month depending on experience. - Flexible hours with some availability during Pacific Time (Vancouver) business hours. - Room to grow as the agency grows.
