About the jobOur client in Sharjah is seeking our Automotive Mechanic.The Automotive Mechanic will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and performing maintenance on various vehicle types. The successful candidate will have strong mechanical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.Key ResponsibilitiesVehicle Maintenance and Repair:Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, brake inspections, tire rotations, and fluid checks.Diagnose and repair mechanical issues in engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension systems, and other vehicle components.Quality Control:Ensure all repairs and maintenance are completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to verify the effectiveness of repairs.Customer Service:Communicate clearly and effectively with customers regarding vehicle issues, repair plans, and maintenance recommendations.Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.Record Keeping:Maintain detailed and accurate records of all work performed on vehicles.Document diagnostic findings, repairs made, and parts used.Team Collaboration:Work closely with other technicians, service advisors, and management to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflow.Participate in ongoing training and development to stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.QualificationsEducation: Diploma or certification in Automotive Technology or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 1 years of experience as an automobile technician.Technical Skills: Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and automotive repair equipment.
