RESPONSIBILITIES. Your primary mission is to generate quality conversations for the founders by acting as a high-level operator. This involves conducting deep research to identify companies with specific security vulnerabilities and crafting hyper-personalized outreach via email and LinkedIn that proves you understand their technical pain. You will be responsible for mastering our product and the underlying technology. If you do not know what an API is today, you must be willing to learn it and explain it within 24 hours. We do not value volume or spam; we value sniper-like precision and the ability to speak as a peer to senior technical leaders without sounding servile. You will manage your own pipeline and iterate on strategy based on direct market feedback.
REQUIREMENTS. The ideal candidate possesses high figure-it-out energy and a natural hatred for being micromanaged. You must be an intellectual sponge with a hunger for dollars, impact, and professional validation. We require impeccable English, specifically focusing on tone and professional delivery. You must be able to sound like a peer to a CTO, not a service desk agent. Technical curiosity is mandatory; you are the type of person who stays up late learning a new skill because you hate not knowing how something works. We strictly avoid script-readers, the 9-to-5 mentality, and data-entry specialists. You must be comfortable with a role where autonomy is vital and results are rewarded over seniority.
