Requirements and responsibilities


- Administer, configure, and support the BMC Client Management platform in a multi-site enterprise environment. - Manage software distribution, patch management, remote control, asset discovery, and inventory tracking using BCM. - Perform package creation, deployment testing, and automation scripting for endpoint operations. - Develop and maintain compliance policies, reporting dashboards, and audit reports. Integrate BCM with other systems such as BMC Remedy/Helix ITSM, CMDB, Active Directory, and RSSO. - Troubleshoot endpoint-related issues, agent deployment problems, and platform errors. - Conduct BCM agent rollouts, updates, and upgrades in a controlled and secure manner. - Collaborate with IT security, infrastructure, and service desk teams to ensure alignment and policy enforcement. - Provide documentation, training, and support for internal users and technical teams. - Stay updated on BCM releases, enhancements, and industry best practices.
