Your clinical expertise and systematic approach to quality will directly influence the safety and performance of a product used in patient care. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Support, Regulatory, and another QA Manager to test, validate, document, and improve every release of AutoContour. This work ensures clinics can confidently rely on our AI-generated contours to provide optimal treatments for their patients.Responsibilities Include:Testing product versions prior to release to ensure high-quality performanceConducting verification and validation testing to ensure product quality and integrityCoordinating with Success and Support teams for troubleshooting assistance and clinic setupProviding clear and actionable feedback to the Product Manager and engineering teamGenerating documentation for product-related materialsPreparing Medical Device documentation in collaboration with the Regulatory team, including defining requirement specifications, test conditions, risk mitigation strategies, and execution of formal testingRequired Experience:Minimum 5 years of experience as a clinical medical physicist or dosimetristExperience in validation and verificationProgramming experience using C#Strong critical thinking skillsExceptional communication skillsAbility to multitask and work independentlyPositive attitude and passion for excellence in patient careStrong documentation skills and the ability to define ideas clearlyExperience implementing relevant AAPM Task Group reports related to contouring and image registrationPreferred Experience:More than 5 years of clinical experience with Radformation products, especially AutoContourRigid and deformable registration experience and knowledgeExperience using Visual Studio or similar coding environmentsFamiliarity with multiple treatment planning systemsProduct testing and/or software verification experienceCustomer service experienceAI & Hiring IntegrityAt Radformation we believe AI can be an incredible tool for innovation, but our hiring process is all about getting to know you—your skills, experience, and unique approach to problem solving.
