Remote Architectural Designer - Revit Specialist at EPTA Construction

I am a Construction Manager based in the United States currently coordinating two exciting projects and looking to partner with a highly skilled and experienced architect located in Mexico or South America for remote design collaboration. The Projects: - The Plaza at Maricopa, AZA 20,000 SF multi-tenant commercial and office center featuring inline retail suites (25×40 ft / 1,000 SF each), a signature double corner suite, shared ADA-compliant facilities, and full site development. A modern, permit-ready commercial strip center serving the fast-growing Maricopa, Arizona market. - Two Custom Luxury Residences | Phoenix, AZ. Two high-end custom single-family homes for a private owner. Both are contemporary desert designs on large lots, featuring open-concept living, resort-style outdoor areas with infinity pools, multi-car garages, and high-end interior finishes. Combined living area approximately 5,000–7,500 SF per home. Scope of Work: - I will provide the complete architectural layout, floor plan design, and full direction for both projects. - Your responsibility will be to develop and produce all architectural sheets and MEP coordination drawings in Revit — fully permit-ready and construction document quality. - All structural and MEP engineering will be subcontracted locally here in the USA. - I will serve as the design coordinator across all disciplines.
