Responsibilities and deliverables


Onsite (USA - LA - Remote) - 1. Offshore (India) - 2 (2 PM to 11 PM). Skills Primarily Required for Onshore and Offshore Salesforce Resources: - Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, APIs (REST/SOAP), and SOQL/SOSL. - Experience building and maintaining integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, middleware, or integration tools. - Ability to advise on the best approach, specifically choosing between custom versus declarative solutions. Minimum Experience Level Required: - 5+ years of Salesforce development experience. Salesforce Cloud Required: - Financial Services Cloud. For US Location: Programmer or Functional: - Primarily programmer but functional is a good to have. Salesforce Lead (Onshore): - The Lead serves as the Primary Technical Liaison and a Senior Developer, working as the "right hand" to the SMS Salesforce Architect. - On-site resource should be available for client meetings and be able to respond to client requests during PST (Pacific Time Zone) hours. - Architectural Collaboration: Works daily with the SMS Salesforce Architect to validate solution designs, ensure platform scalability, and maintain alignment with the long-term enterprise roadmap. - Hands-on Development: Actively designs and builds core platform components, complex Lightning Web Components (LWC), and high-stakes system integrations. - Requirements Governance: Translates business stakeholder needs into technical blueprints and advises the SMS Architect on "Custom versus Declarative" trade-offs. - Offshore Orchestration: Acts as the bridge to the offshore team, providing technical mentorship, performing code reviews, and managing the CI/CD deployment pipeline. Salesforce Developers (Offshore): - A team of three Senior Developers responsible for the end-to-end development lifecycle, following the standards set by the SMS Architect and Onshore Lead. - Scalable Solution Delivery: Design, build, and deliver scalable solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL. - Integration Expertise: Independently build and maintain robust integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware/ETL tools. - Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage in discussions with Onshore leads to clearly understand the technical requirement to build the solutions. - Full-Cycle Testing: Own the unit testing and troubleshooting process to ensure high-quality deployments and rapid resolution of production issues.
