About This RoleAshby's Marketing team is scaling pipeline generation across a multi-product portfolio (ATS, Onboarding). As our Marketing Strategy & Operations Manager, you'll be the only dedicated marketing ops hire on the team—owning the full technical and analytical foundation that lets Marketing run campaigns, measure performance, and improve efficiency with confidence.This role sits within Revenue Operations, the horizontal function that makes the entire GTM system work, and partners in close, near-daily collaboration with the VP of Marketing and her leadership team.
