Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and strengthen sales in the assigned territory.
- Manage existing customers and build long-term business relationships.
- Identify and acquire new customers.
- Visit agricultural stores, specialised retailers, and distributors on a regular basis.
- Present products and provide professional advice to customers.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Participate in promotional activities, product presentations, and trade fairs.
- Prepare reports and work closely with the international sales team.
Requirements:
- Fluent Hungarian.
- Good command of English.
- Experience in sales or business development.
- Experience in agriculture, horticulture, FMCG, or a related industry is an advantage.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Independent, proactive, and results-oriented personality.
- Willingness to travel daily within the territory.
- Valid Category B driving licence.
