Responsibilities

Assistant Launch connects top LATAM talent with US-based founders and executives. We're hiring a Customer Support Agent to be the frontline voice for a US client — handling inbound/outbound support with speed, warmth, and real ownership. This is a junior-to-mid level role for someone who's done the reps in a call center environment and is ready to work independently, without a supervisor checking every ticket. What You'll DoHandle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a friendly, solution-first toneTroubleshoot issues end-to-end — own the problem until it's resolved, not just until it's "escalated"Log and track cases accurately in the client's CRM/helpdesk systemIdentify patterns in recurring issues and flag them proactively to the clientUse AI tools to work faster and smarter Manage your own workload and schedule within agreed hours — no one is watching over your shoulderExample of what "ownership" looks like in practice: A customer writes in frustrated because a refund hasn't posted. Instead of just replying "I've forwarded this to billing," you check the transaction status yourself, give the customer a real timeline, and follow up proactively two days later to confirm it's resolved — without being asked to.RequirementsWhat You Bring1–3 years of call center or customer support experience (phone-based support strongly preferred)C1 English level — you'll be the voice of a US companyStrong independent work habits: you don't need daily hand-holding to hit your targetsComfort using AI tools in daily workflow Reliable internet, a quiet workspace, and your own equipmentA calm, patient communication style, even with difficult customersBenefitsFully remoteWeekly pay, at and above industry standardPaid vacation and holidaysHealth and learning stipendsAccess to AI training and toolsClear paths to advancementThis Role Isn't for EveryoneThis is not a role for someone who simply wants to clock in and clock out. It’s for professionals who want to build a long-term career as an Executive Assistant, work with clients who respect and value their contribution, and grow within a team that is committed to developing the future of this role.
