Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and delivery teams.Lead requirement gathering workshops, stakeholder interviews, and business process analysis.Prepare BRDs, functional specifications, user stories, process flows, business rules, and acceptance criteria.Drive Enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives for Customer, Product, Supplier, and Reference Data.Collaborate with business leaders, solution architects, and development teams to deliver enterprise MDM solutions.Manage Jira epics, user stories, backlog prioritization, sprint planning, UAT, and stakeholder reviews.Facilitate cross-functional discussions, resolve requirement conflicts, and recommend business process improvements.Maintain project documentation, risks, dependencies, and change requests.Mentor junior Business Analysts and promote Agile and Business Analysis best practices.Required Skills10+ years of Business Analysis experience.5+ years of Enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) experience.Strong expertise in: Data Governance, Data Quality, Match & Merge, Hierarchy Management, Data Stewardship, Golden Record Management.Experience with Customer 360, Product 360, Supplier 360, or similar MDM initiatives.Strong hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum, Jira, and Confluence.Knowledge of Data Modeling, Data Mapping, Integration Workflows, and Enterprise Data Management.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.Experience working with global stakeholders and distributed teams.Preferred SkillsInformatica MDM / Informatica SaaS MDMReltio, Semarchy, Profisee, or similar MDM platformsData Governance & Data Quality frameworksLarge-scale Digital Transformation and Data Modernization projectsInterested candidates, please share your updated resume to: recruitment@eduspherecourses.com
