We are looking for a highly disciplined, autonomous, and experienced Sales & Customer Operations Specialist to join Car Lift Supply, a high-ticket e-commerce brand focused on car lifts, garage equipment, and shop equipment for customers across the United States. Role Overview: - This role combines inbound sales, customer communication, quote preparation, follow-up, and vendor coordination. - You will be responsible for helping customers choose the right equipment, answering questions, preparing quotes, following up with leads, and assisting with order-related communication from first contact through post-sale support. - This is not a basic customer service role. - We are looking for someone smart, responsible, proactive, and capable of learning technical products. - The right person should be comfortable speaking with U.S. customers by phone, handling high-ticket inquiries, and operating independently within structured processes. Responsibilities: - Answer and manage inbound and outbound calls. - Respond to emails, chats, and SMS inquiries. - Help customers choose the right car lift or shop equipment for their needs. - Learn product specifications, shipping requirements, installation considerations, vendor policies, and common customer questions. - Create and send detailed quotes using internal systems. - Follow up consistently on open leads. - Assist customers with placing, updating, or modifying orders. - Coordinate with vendors for stock checks, order updates, freight details, cancellations, and issue resolution. - Track leads, quotes, customer conversations, and order details accurately. - Assist with post-sale support when needed. - Document common product questions, objections, and process notes as the company grows. - Escalate complex situations internally when needed. - Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and internal trackers. Requirements: - C1 or C2 English proficiency, near-native fluency required. - Clear and professional speaking voice with minimal accent. - 2+ years of experience in sales, customer support, or sales operations. - Confident handling phone calls with U.S. customers. - Strong written communication skills without relying on AI tools. - Ability to learn technical products such as car lifts, garage equipment, and shop equipment. - Comfortable preparing quotes and following up with leads. - Highly organized, disciplined, and detail-oriented. - Able to follow structured processes. - Self-managed, proactive, and able to work independently. - Strong problem-solving skills and good judgment. - Stable high-speed internet connection, minimum 100 Mbps download. - Quiet work environment. Nice to Have: - Experience with Shopify, draft orders, order edits, refunds, or e-commerce platforms. - Experience in automotive, garage equipment, machinery, tools, home improvement, or technical products. - Experience selling high-ticket products. - Experience communicating with vendors or suppliers. Work Environment: - This is a remote position. - You will be expected to operate during EST business hours.
