EIC is growing, and we're investing in our sales leadership to match.Over the past eight years, I've had the privilege of building most of our client relationships personally, which is work I genuinely love. As we keep expanding across SBDCs, CDFIs, and economic development organizations in 35+ states, it's time to build out the team and structure to match our growth.That's why we're hiring our first Sales Manager.This person will coach and develop our account executives, build out our pipeline and forecasting infrastructure in HubSpot, and help us scale the methodology that's already working. It's a true builder role for someone who wants to create a sales function from the ground up, not maintain one that already exists.We're looking for someone who:Has built pipeline from scratch in relationship-driven, trust-first marketsLeads with a coaching mindset and is energized by developing reps, not just closing dealsHas built accountability and forecasting systems that actually workBrings sharp commercial judgment and sound deal instinctsThrives in a builder environment with real autonomyWe're a bootstrapped, profitable company—not venture-backed—which means this role comes with genuine ownership, direct access to me as CEO, and a real say in how we scale.
