Modern Healthcare has selected us as one of the Best Places to Work in Healthcare for the past 8 years running.The RoleWe are looking for an early-career marketer who can diligently maintain our CRM and its integrations, while supporting the company’s marketing needs and sales outreach. As a member of a small but scrappy marketing team, you will work closely with the product and sales teams to understand our unique value propositions. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you’ll support a wide range of promotional tasks, like: optimizing paid ads, researching target buyers, producing content for product launches, and helping run events. Most importantly, you’ll ensure that contacts and activities are accounted for in HubSpot, which serves as the foundation for our data-driven work and long-term business relationships. You'll keep it running every day: uploading, compiling reports, configuring, fixing what breaks, building what's missing.The position requires a combination of curiosity, creativity, persistence, and strong communication skills. You’ll become our expert on new tools, help enrich the entire customer journey, and work alongside an experienced, high-performing team. This is a hands-on role at a company where you can gain valuable experience. The Company is leveraging AI across all functions, and you will be expected to integrate modern AI tools (e.g. Claude) into your day-to-day work. If you enjoy living inside tools, building systems that scale, and having an impact on marketing, this role is for you.What You’ll DoOwn day-to-day configuration of our HubSpot CRM. Set up and maintain consistent workflows, automations, and campaign attribution across platforms. Regularly check contact data, segments, database integrations, and lead routing.Maintain data quality and clean up messy data from uploads and syncs.Design and deliver accurate reports that show what we’ve done and what’s working.Support and launch paid ad campaigns with the help of CRM data.Assist with tradeshow logistics and sales presentations.Learn more about our targets and customers, bringing in info to keep the sales pipeline moving.Implement and experiment with new marketing and sales tools, and develop AI-assisted outreach workflows.Partner with cross-functional teams to execute projects like webinars and product launches that generate awareness and drive demand.Help create high-quality marketing content — including product guides, social media, sales enablement, and video — across different channels.Expand your experience to all facets of marketing in a fun, collaborative environment.RequirementsWhat You BringCuriosity - a drive to understand how our product fits into the surgical ecosystem, and how to market it effectively.Reliability - someone we can count on to maintain systems day in and day out.Diligence - you care about accuracy, pulling the thread on small issues and considering how to address them in downstream processes.Strong writing and interpersonal communication skills.Strong customer relationship skills.AI skills and a willingness to apply AI tools in day-to-day work.Comfort juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Requirements1–3 years of experience in marketing or business operations.Advanced and referenceable proficiency in HubSpot, in an operational or analytical role.PreferredPrevious work in a B2B healthcare company, or a clinical environment.Experience with Definitive Healthcare or a similar database (e.g. ZoomInfo).Experience with ad platforms, GA4, SQL, and Salesforce.Located near our offices in New York, Boston, or Cleveland.BenefitsCompensationCompetitive salary commensurate with experience. Based on experience and location, the target salary range for this role is $64-$75K.Work LocationThis is a fully remote opportunity. However, candidates near/accessible to NYC, Boston, or Cleveland are strongly preferred. You must be able to meet quarterly in Boston, and to support Trade Shows nationally. In total, expect about 4-5 weeks of business travel annually. We strongly prefer employees in the Eastern Time Zone. If you live elsewhere, it would be great to demonstrate previous experience working core M-F business hours between 8 AM and 5 PM Eastern.Employment AuthorizationApplicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.
