We provide sports fans with fun, engaging, and free-to-play alternatives to real money gaming.The Role:At Fliff, we are looking for a Manager, Product Design to step into an essential, high-impact "player-coach" role. You will lead and mentor a dedicated team of product designers working across our core product verticals, remaining an active, hands-on practitioner.You'll guide how the product's UX comes together, keeping your team close to what players actually need and turning that into sports gaming that feels simple and unmistakably Fliff. You'll work closely with the product and engineering teams, connecting design work to how the business runs day-to-day. What You’ll Do: Lead Design on key initiatives, journey mapping, wireframes, and UI Turn complex problems into flows that feel intuitive for players Partner closely with Engineering and Product Management teams to shape what we build and how it shapesKeep the design system growing so the whole team ships faster and also stays consistent.Manage a team of product designers, own their growth through weekly 1: 1s, feedback, and conversationsMatch each designer's strengths to the right squad and prioritiesManage and set up design workflows and cross-functional handoff processes to elevate team efficiencyFoster a highly collaborative, inclusive environment while actively raising the level of craft across the teamWhat We're Looking For:6+ years of experience designing and shipping customer-facing mobile productsProven track record of mentoring designers, acting as a lead, or managing small teamsExceptional strength in both UX and visual craft with a portfolio that shows you sweat the detailsAbility to view design through a business lens and translate high-level strategy into elegant digital solutionsDemonstrated success building, evolving, and scaling robust design systems that cross-functional teams love to useHigh autonomy and excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly present design decisions to stakeholdersDeep curiosity about customers and a strong existing familiarity with Fliff’s product vertical mechanicsHigh proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, G Suite, Notion, and JiraBonus PointsExperience working in video games, sports betting, or gaming ecosystemsExperience taking a 0→1 product to marketBenefits: Competitive compensation package, including base salary, benefits, and equity.
