Responsibilities
Role: Senior DevOps EngineerRequired Technical Expertise:Production & Environment Operations: Strong experience working in Production and higher environments in collaboration with ProdOps and EnvOps teams.Strong understanding of production operations, incident management, and environment management.Kafka & Platform Engineering: Hands-on experience with Kafka infrastructure setup, automation, and operations.Experience with Platform Engineering tools and technologies.CI/CD & DevSecOps: Strong experience with CI/CD tools and processes: Jenkins, JFrog Artifactory, ArgoCD, Harness, SonarQube.DevSecOps experience with tools such as Veracode and Black Duck.Kubernetes & Rancher: Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Rancher.Experience with Helm Charts, infrastructure setup, deployment, and automation.Monitoring & Observability: Experience with Splunk / Splunk AI infrastructure setup and automation.Knowledge of Vantage dashboards is a plus.Experience creating and maintaining SRE dashboards is highly desirable.Infrastructure as Code: Hands-on experience with: Terraform, Ansible.DevOps / SRE / AIOps Expertise: Strong background in DevOps, DevSecOps, SRE, Agile, and AIOps.Experience developing new technical capabilities and automation accelerators.Strong understanding of process improvement and engineering best practices.Expertise in areas such as: Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Automated Quality Testing, Software Configuration Management, Automated Platform Provisioning.Strong ITSM process knowledge.Ability to communicate technical solutions effectively with different stakeholders and connect technology solutions to business problems.Tools & Technologies: Jenkins | Terraform | GitHub | GitHub Actions | Harness | ArgoCD | AWS DevOps Services | Rancher | Kubernetes | Kafka | Jira | OpsGenie | xMatters | QMetry | xRay | AppDynamics | Selenium | Cucumber | JFrog Artifactory | SonarQube | Veracode | Black Duck | Splunk
