We are seeking a motivated individual to join our affiliate team as an Influencer Account Coordinator. In this role, you will play a crucial part in serving our clients in the US by working closely with our influencer partners.The ideal candidate will be able to learn quickly and provide support with daily tasks to our existing influencer team. These tasks include recruitment, onboarding, and program updates.What We’re Looking ForAbout YouMarketing Degree or relevant experience in Digital Marketing and/or Influencer MarketingStrong work ethic and the ability to drive resultsStrong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on negotiations and client serviceStrategic and execution mindsetAbility to solve problems and work independentlyAbility to learn quicklyConfidence and eloquence in client meetingsProficient in Excel, including pivot tables, v-lookups, and formulas like sum, average, and calculating percentagesJob ResponsibilitiesMeet deadlines consistently, taking ownership of tasks and responsibilitiesPrioritize duties based on client needsAnalyze industry trends and competitor exposure for informed decision-makingReview and act on influencer applicationsConduct outreach to recruit new influencers, supporting recruitment effortsDemonstrate expertise in influencer marketing principlesParticipate actively in client calls, showcasing program management skillsEnsure prompt responses to emails, prioritizing client requestsShow willingness to undertake additional tasks as needed beyond regular dutiesWhat's in it for you?Hybrid work.
