In this role, you will connect with customers who already own a vehicle and help them understand the benefits of extended protection coverage. By building rapport and identifying customer needs, you will guide customers toward the protection plan that best fits their vehicle and driving habits while contributing to the continued growth of APCO’s protection programs.What You'll DoConnect with customers from company-provided warm leads to discuss vehicle protection coverage optionsQuickly build rapport and understand customer needs to recommend the most appropriate coverage planClearly explain product features, benefits, and pricing to help customers make informed decisionsUse internal systems to manage leads, track follow-ups, and maintain customer recordsMaintain strong product knowledge and stay current on available coverage optionsMeet or exceed individual performance metrics including sales conversions, calls, and lead developmentParticipate in team meetings, coaching sessions, and ongoing sales development What Makes You SuccessfulYou’ll be successful in this role if you’re a confident communicator who can quickly build trust and guide customers through purchasing decisions. You must have a flexible schedule and be available to work during the stated hours as needed.
