About Cassi & the RoleWe’re building a category defining platform for residential operations and are now scaling rapidly after strong early traction. This is an opportunity to join early, take real ownership, and help build the systems that will power the company’s next phase of growth.We’re looking for high performing Account Executives to help build and scale our go-to-market engine. This is not a traditional AE role, you will operate as both a closer and a builder, helping define how we sell, qualify, and win as we scale.What You’ll DoOwn the full sales cycle from first conversation through closeConsistently close 10+ deals per monthBuild and manage 3–4x pipeline coveragePartner closely with SDRs to convert outbound pipelineDrive urgency and momentum in ~30-day sales cyclesIdentify and drive early expansion opportunitiesContribute to refining messaging, positioning, and sales processAct as a direct feedback loop into product and leadershipWhat We’re Looking ForProven track record in a high velocity SaaS or transactional sales environmentStrong closer with the ability to manage multiple deals simultaneouslyComfortable owning pipeline, not dependent on inboundHigh accountability, you take responsibility for outcomesAbility to operate in ambiguity and help build processes from scratchCompetitive, resilient, and execution focusedStrong communication skills and ability to build trust quicklyWhat Success Looks LikeRamp quickly and close your first deal within your first 30 daysConsistently hit and exceed annual quotaMaintain high deal velocity and strong conversion ratesContribute to a repeatable and scalable sales motionOperate as a revenue owner, not just a closerEqual OpportunityCassi is an equal opportunity employer.
