Today, we would like to invite you to participate in the recruitment process for Naturaily - a boutique software house with over 13 years of experience (team of 25–30 people), working fully remotely with clients from Western Europe and the US, ranging from scale-ups to enterprise organizations including projects delivered directly and in collaboration with partner agencies, connected to companies such as Tesla and n8n.io. Naturaily specializes in advanced web solutions such as headless CMS, custom web development (Next.js, Contentful, Sanity), and increasingly in AI-native and agentic systems, including content pipelines. The company delivers highly complex, high-quality projects for demanding clients and global brands. The company operates in a flat structure with direct, transparent communication and a strong focus on autonomy and ownership. Naturaily is looking for a Business Development Representative to take a proactive role in building a scalable sales pipeline and driving new business opportunities.The focus is on consultative selling - understanding client needs, challenging their thinking, and positioning value-based solutions rather than just responding to inbound interest. The role is key in developing a more structured and consistent outbound sales approach and supporting the company’s growthWhat Naturaily can offer you:🎯 Role: Business Development Representative💰 Salary: 13-17K PLN net + VAT + commission, B2B🌴 20 days of paid time off (including Bank Holidays)⏱  Flexible working hours👩‍💻 Working mode: B2B and fully remote😄Access to the WorkSmile platform🇵🇱🇬🇧 Speaking language: English and PolishYour responsibilities:Build a new business pipeline from scratch through outbound, networking, social selling, and industry eventsOwn the full sales cycle end-to-end: from first contact through to closing dealsQualify opportunities using a consultative approach (e.g. MEDDIC / Sandler mindset), focusing on real business needs, not just interestProactively challenge clients and co-create solutions aligned with their problems and goalsDevelop existing client relationships through upsell and cross-sell opportunities Identify and qualify opportunities aligned with our ICP (SMB 51–500 employees across Western Europe and the US)Run selective inbound qualification, with a strong focus on new business generationAct as a trusted advisor by highlighting how shifts in the market (AI, headless, modern web development) create both risks and opportunities for clientsCollaborate closely with Delivery and Engineering teams on scoping, pricing, and proposalsWork with Marketing to provide feedback from client conversations, refine ICP, and shape content directionWho we’re looking for:We’re looking for a proactive, high-agency Business Development professional who actively creates new business opportunities rather than just responding to inbound demandProven experience in selling IT services (preferably software house, custom development, or digital agency)Strong track record in outbound / new business acquisitionExperience closing complex deals in the range of at least several hundred thousand PLN (ideally 200k–2M+ PLN LTV)Excellent English (C1+) ability to work directly with clients from the UK, US, and Western EuropeStrong consultative sales skills (discovery, qualification, MEDDIC / Sandler or similar frameworks)Senior-level ability to run structured, value-driven sales conversations onlineAbility to simplify complex technical topics into clear business valueHigh ownership, self-drive, and accountabilityChallenger mindset - ability to question client assumptions and uncover new opportunitiesNice-to-have:Exposure to clients from UK / US / Western European marketsFamiliarity with the modern web ecosystem (headless CMS, e-commerce, custom web development  e.g. Next.js, Contentful, Shopify, Sanity)Experience selling custom B2B services with longer sales cycles (from 2 weeks to several months)What you can expect from Naturaily:Flexible working arrangements - work when and where you perform bestSmall, experienced team with a flat structureDirect communication - ideas go straight into discussion and testingRegular team events and integration activitiesOpportunity to work with recognizable global brands and Western market clientsExposure to innovative e-commerce and web development projectsAccess to sales methodologies and continuous professional developmentReal opportunity to shape and co-create AI-enabled sales processes already in useSounds interesting?
