You'll join a collaborative product team that owns a specific domain, delivering features and maintaining reliability while leveraging strong architecture and agentic AI to ship with quality and speed.In this role, you'll design and build robust product functionality, contribute to overall architecture, and mentor fellow engineers — balancing strong IC contributions with meaningful technical leadership beyond your own projects.The ideal candidate brings technical leadership experience and expertise in modern Python-based backend technologies, applied through lean development principles: building with quality, eliminating waste, and delivering fast and often.
