We are looking for a dedicated Tier I MSP Engineer to join our team, providing assistance to our clients and ensuring their systems operate smoothly and efficiently.In this role, you will be the face of SWK Technologies to our clients, delivering top-tier technical support and solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, performing installations and upgrades, and assisting clients with any technical queries they may have. You will be instrumental in ensuring customer satisfaction, and your expertise will help to foster long-lasting relationships with our clients. If you are a technically skilled individual who enjoys working directly with customers and resolving technical challenges, we would love to hear from you.This role is a range of $50,000-60,000 annually.RequirementsProvide technical assistance with regards to computer hardware and software issuesProvide on-site support as neededResolve client challenges remotely via phone, chat or emailTrack customer issues and resolutions in our ticketing systemUpdate and maintain client information or documentation in our systemsQualifications:Previous experience in ITPrevious Call center experience requiredManaged Service provider experience preferredAbility to build rapport with clientsStrong troubleshooting and critical thinking skillsPositive and professional demeanorBenefitsMedical, Dental and Vision insurance401k Retirement PlanPaid Time Off
