Requirements and responsibilities

Candidates must have WSD implementation experience and post go-live experience.We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) Technical Lead/Architect to support the design, implementation, and post go-live enhancement of enterprise WSD solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience implementing ServiceNow WSD modules and providing ongoing production support in complex enterprise environments.Key ResponsibilitiesLead architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) solutions.Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.Configure and customize WSD modules including workplace reservation management, visitor management, space management, and case management.Provide technical leadership for integrations, workflows, automation, and platform best practices.Support post go-live activities including enhancements, troubleshooting, optimization, and production support.Ensure platform scalability, security, and performance standards are maintained.Mentor developers and coordinate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.Required SkillsStrong experience with ServiceNow Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) implementation.Hands-on experience in post go-live support and platform enhancements.Expertise in ServiceNow architecture, scripting, integrations, and workflows.Experience with ServiceNow ITSM and related platform modules.Proficiency in JavaScript, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs.Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Preferred QualificationsServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – Workplace Service Delivery preferred.Experience working in enterprise-scale remote delivery environments.Position: ServiceNow ArchitectLocation: Fully RemoteDuration: Long Term ContractVisa: USC/GC/EADInterview: Video
