Our mission is to create spaces where genuine connection, focus, and creativity can flourish in the absence of technology.Yondr supports schools through cell phone-free programs by providing administrators and teachers with education, training, and development resources, along with all necessary equipment. Yondr also supports top artists in music and comedy by creating phone-free shows, allowing performers and audience members to enjoy live performances without the distraction of phones.About the roleThe Yondr Implementation Associate supports the Partner Success Managers responsible for ensuring customer success during the post-sales customer journey. You’ll be highly organized, relationship-oriented, and focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences while implementing the Yondr program and providing continued guidance and programming to guarantee customer success.Duties & responsibilitiesVirtually support new school accounts to facilitate the implementation process, including onboarding, product/program setup, training, and customization to meet specific requirements.Partner with schools on Yondr policy/protocol creation.Effectively communicate with school administrators, teaching staff, and parent communities through engaging presentations and written and virtual communication sources.Serve as a point of contact to school partners in support of assigned Education Program Specialist.Participate in the delivery of on-site services as necessary.Contribute to the design and delivery of Yondr school programming, projects, or resources as additional needs arise.Desirable skills / experienceBackground and/or experience in education (specifically grades 6-12).Familiarity with current educational practices around implementing school programming.Exceptional interpersonal skills and communication skills.Adaptability in dynamic environments; thrives in fast-paced settings, showing flexibility and resilience.Proficiency in technology, with skills in digital tools and technology platforms that support a remote work environment.Solution-driven mindset: ability to embrace change and tackle obstacles proactively.RequirementsBachelor’s Degree.2+ years of experience in customer service, education, and/or a related field.Travel expectation based on partner demand and manager approval: 0-15% non-peak / 20-30% peak seasons.Must live within the Greater Portland or Greater Seattle area.Compensation & hours$40/hour.The number of hours per week may vary depending on implementation busy season: June (5-15 hours/week) and July to October (15-30 hours/week).Role typeHourly, non-exempt.Seasonal, 5 months (June to October), with possible extension based on partner needs.
