Array partners with an extensive network of hospitals, health systems, community healthcare organizations, and payors to improve access and deliver the highest quality of care to patients.Array is hiring an evening specialist, 100% virtual Psychiatrist to provide measurement-based, culturally humble episodic care to patients in acute crisis across various settings and states. You will immerse yourself in the buzz of emergency departments, hospital medical floors or crisis stabilization units from the comfort of your own home. Array Emergency Psychiatrists collaborate with onsite professionals to determine a timely disposition and use evidence-based practices to provide care to vulnerable individuals experiencing mental health crises.Evenings include hours from 2:00PM to 12:00AM EST.Array will support getting additional state licensure for active, board-certified or board-Eligible Psychiatrists. If you don't see a job posting in a state you are actively licensed in, please feel free to apply.What you’ll doSimultaneously serve multiple emergency rooms, hospital medical floors, and psychiatric crisis programs to evaluate and treat patients in crisis and find the most appropriate and least restrictive level of care.Receive support throughout your shift by our 24/7 access center who triages cases and makes sure you have what you need to successfully treat each patient.Direct and/or implement psychotherapeutic treatments and prescribe medication to treat mental, emotional, or behavioral disorders.Utilize a collaborative care approach within your partner’s healthcare treatment team.What we’re looking forBoard-certified or board-eligible Psychiatrist.Unrestricted, independent licensure.Established and updated CAQH and FCVS profiles.Experience providing psychiatric care to all age groups.Treating patients in acute crisis and providing stabilizing treatment in 24/7 settings.Communicating with patients from various backgrounds and providing culturally competent care.Experience working with multiple EMRs at the same time.Advanced technical proficiency, including using hardware (laptop, camera, monitors), Windows systems, Microsoft software, and EMR software over several years of experience in telehealth.Thrive in a supportive, collaborative, solutions-oriented, and inclusive environment.Interest in being a clinician in a thriving behavioral health care modality.Passion about the mission to transform access to quality behavioral care through innovative applications of technology.Position logistics100% remote position.Required to have a private office space in home or elsewhere for confidentiality.You will likely be required to work with Array to obtain additional state licensure and DEA licenses.
