Requirements and responsibilities


We are looking for an experienced MSD 365 AI Developer with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics Contact Center solutions to design and implement cutting-edge AI-powered customer service experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop AI solutions for Dynamics Contact Center, including voice bots, chatbots, intelligent routing, and sentiment-aware customer support.Build and maintain NLP models for customer interactions across voice, chat, email, and social media channels.Integrate AI capabilities with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, websites, and mobile applications.Deploy, monitor, and optimize AI/ML models on Azure environments.Leverage machine learning to personalize customer interactions and improve service efficiency.Collaborate with business, customer service, and technology teams to identify automation opportunities.Create technical documentation, solution designs, test plans, impact analysis, and best practices documentation.Required Skills6+ years of experience in AI/ML development.Strong programming skills in Python.Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.Hands-on expertise with NLP tools such as spaCy, Hugging Face, and NLTK.Experience developing voice bots and chatbots using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI Services.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Contact Center and Dynamics CRM.Experience deploying AI solutions on Microsoft Azure.Preferred SkillsVoice AI and Speech-to-Text technologies.Customer journey analytics and personalization engines.Real-time data processing using Kafka or Spark.Experience with Zendesk, Salesforce Service Cloud, Amazon Connect, or similar contact center platforms.SAP Enterprise Business Solutions exposure.ITIL / ITSM knowledge.Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
