Getlabs’ mission is to save lives by expanding access to diagnostics for everyone.As a Patient Experience Representative your primary task is to handle Zendesk tickets from patients regarding appointments, issues and missing results. You will be making outbound calls and sending follow-up emails to resolve patient concerns. We are looking for someone who will hustle and care about doing a good job.
