Parkade helps buildings move away from the headaches of stickers, hang tags, and spreadsheets to a fully automated, self-serve app for parking management, enforcement, and customer service. Parkade integrates with major Property Management Systems (PMS) and gate hardware to turn parking into a frictionless experience that skyrockets Net Operating Income (NOI) for clients.Parkade is an early-stage startup using market data for compensation ranges, aiming to be fair and equitable. Your location and years of experience will be taken into consideration.The RoleReporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), you will be a critical player in the growth engine. You will network into the world of multi-family and office buildings, using a building-by-building approach to prospect and sell directly to onsite Property Managers and regional leadership to solve immediate operational headaches while proving long-term financial value.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive the Full Sales Cycle: Prospect, source, and close a robust pipeline of deals through cold outreach, inbound channels, and networking, successfully managing an average 75-day sales cycle.Targeted Selling: Master the building-by-building sales motion. Build relationships and win the buy-in of onsite Property Managers by demonstrating how Parkade solves daily operational nightmares (e.g., guest parking abuse, enforcement headaches, and waitlist management).Consultative ROI Pitches: Present revenue models to prospects, showing how Parkade’s platform offsets software fees and unlocks new, recurring property revenue to improve building NOI.Technical Discovery: Conduct thorough discovery on a building's current infrastructure to understand baseline operations and set up the deal for success.Clean Handoffs: Ensure accurate, detailed documentation in the CRM so that once a contract is signed, you can execute a seamless hard handoff to the Implementation and Success teams for technical rollout and client relationship management.About YouExperience: 4-7+ years of quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales experience, guiding software sales through multiple internal and buyer stakeholders.Resourcefulness & Hustle: Ability to figure things out independently; willingness to make cold calls and/or drop into buildings to gather intel on parking situations.Financial Acumen: Comfort discussing numbers, budget cycles, and ROI; ability to present and defend pricing to property leadership.Attentiveness & Organization: Strong attention to detail and excellent CRM pipeline hygiene; ability to listen to uncover pain points and map them to Parkade solutions.AI-Forward Mindset: Using AI tools as a daily sales co-pilot (e.g., analyzing call transcripts for buying signals, hyper-personalizing outreach at scale, summarizing discovery notes, and automating routine CRM updates).Communication: Writes fast and clearly with impeccable grammar; high EQ; translates operational concepts into simple, compelling benefits.Team Player: Competitive while supporting others; prioritizes team wins.Bonus PointsRecent startup experience, with a track record of driving sales and comfort with ambiguity.Experience selling software in the multi-family real estate (PropTech) industry.Familiarity with Property Management Systems (e.g., Yardi, RealPage, Entrata).Familiarity with access control hardware (e.g., LPR cameras, fobs, clickers) or willingness to learn the landscape quickly.Background in parking, real estate, or property management.Compensation & BenefitsOTE: $260,000 ($130,000 Base + Commission)Health, vision, and dental insurance (80% covered for you and dependents)401kFlexible PTOEquity in ParkadeLocationThis role is generally remote (United States only).
