We are seeking an AI-native Creative Strategist to own the creative-to-performance loop across paid social and paid media. This role sits between data and creative output, analyzing what's working, identifying winning angles, and directing the next round of ad creative. You'll work across Meta, TikTok, and Google, using AI tools to produce at 3-5x the speed of a traditional creative team.This is not a media buying role. This is not a design role. This is the person who turns performance data into creative direction and closes the feedback loop faster than anyone else.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze paid media performance data to identify winning creative patterns (hooks, angles, offers, formats)Develop and manage a structured creative testing frameworkWrite creative briefs informed by data that designers and video editors can execute onProduce ad copy (hooks, scripts, headlines, CTAs) across Meta, TikTok, and GoogleCreate static ad concepts in Canva/Figma and edit UGC/short-form videoRun 20–50 creative variations per week using AI-accelerated production workflowsUse AI tools daily for copy iteration, concept mockups, and competitive researchBuild and maintain custom AI workflows, i.e., prompt templates for ad copy by platformCollaborate with performance marketers, designers, and video editorsStay current on platform-specific creative best practicesRequirements3+ years experience in creative strategy, paid social, or performance creative rolesDemonstrated ability to analyze campaign data and translate insights into creative directionExperience with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and/or Google AdsStrong ad copywriting skills across platformsProficiency in Canva or Figma for static ad productionBasic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, or equivalent)Daily, active use of AI tools for creative productionExperience writing creative briefs and managing creative feedback loopsStrong understanding of creative testing methodologies and performance metricsAbility to work during U.S. work hours (PT/ET)BenefitsRemote work, foreverCompetitive USD payHealth insurance stipendWFH stipendEducation stipendCo-working membershipTraining modules accessAnnual performance review10 PTO days per year
