Welcome to what's next.About the roleWe are seeking a skilled GTM and Legal Systems Business Analyst with 3-5 years of experience to join our organization. The successful candidate will have hands-on expertise in Salesforce and Docusign CLM implementations, with the ability to bridge business requirements and technical solutions across our customer relationship management and contract lifecycle management operations.What You'll DoGather and document business requirements from stakeholders across sales, legal, operations, and finance departmentsConfigure and customize Salesforce solutions including CRM core, Sales Cloud, and related modules to meet organizational needsDesign and implement Docusign CLM workflows, template management, and signature processesFacilitate integration between Salesforce and Docusign CLM platforms to streamline contract management and CRM processesCreate detailed functional specifications, process documentation, and user guidesPerform system testing and quality assurance to ensure solutions meet business requirementsProvide end-user training and support during system implementations and post-deploymentAnalyze and optimize existing CRM and CLM processes to improve efficiency, user adoption, and business outcomesWhat You'll Bring3-5 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Salesforce Administrator/DeveloperProven hands-on experience with Salesforce platform, including configuration, customization, and implementationDemonstrated proficiency with Docusign CLM, including AI features, template creation, workflow design, and system configurationStrong understanding of contract lifecycle management processes and best practicesExperience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutionsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detailNice-to-haveSalesforce Administrator (ADM 201) or higher-level certificationExperience with Salesforce Integration Cloud (MuleSoft) or equivalent integration/orchestration platforms or API integrationsFamiliarity with other contract management or CLM platformsKnowledge of legal processes, compliance requirements, or regulatory frameworksExperience with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)Company Culture Is At Our CoreCore values give our work intention and our culture its edge.
