We're looking for a Pharmacy Operations Specialist to help ensure medication accuracy, pharmacy partner success, and operational excellence at scale.This role is ideal for a detail-obsessed, systems-driven operator who thrives at the intersection of pharmacy, compliance, and data quality—and is excited to work in a fast-paced, startup environment.Support Clinical and Data AccuracyEnsure pharmacy-facing data for 50,000+ compounded medications is complete and accurate—including name, strength, route, dosage, ingredients, refills, NDC/product IDIdentify and resolve mismatches between back-end's for pharmacy instructionsMaintain and improve Bask’s internal medication taxonomy to drive consistency and scalabilityAssist in Building the Bask Pharmacy NetworkSupport the vetting and onboarding of new pharmacy partners based on criteria like price, turnaround time, state licensure, medication offerings, and complianceMaintain partner records and ensure ongoing documentation is up-to-dateServe as a day-to-day contact for pharmacy partners, routing questions and resolving minor operational issuesEnsure Regulatory AlignmentHelp track and document compliance with NABP, DEA, and state-specific pharmacy regulationsFlag potential risks or regulatory gaps and collaborate with leadership on appropriate escalation pathsContribute to documentation and SOPs for internal compliance workflowsMonitor Quality and RiskSupport the rollout of error and adverse event reporting toolsLog and track operational issues raised by providers, pharmacies, and telehealth clientsParticipate in root cause analysis and remediation efforts for any reported incidentsContribute to Team and Process DevelopmentExecute defined workflows and processes with precision and consistencyOffer insights to improve SOPs, tooling, or partner communication workflowsCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, clinical, and complianceWhat Success Looks LikePharmacy data is accurate, complete, and up-to-date across systemsPartners are properly onboarded, documented, and operating within expected performance thresholdsIssues and risks are identified and resolved quickly with clear documentationInternal workflows are smooth, repeatable, and improving over timeRequirements2–6 years of experience in pharmacy operations, healthcare data systems, or EHR/PBM environmentsExposure to compounding pharmacies or telehealth (preferred but not required)Familiarity with pharmacy regulations (NABP, DEA, state-level rules)A detail-first mindset and comfort working with structured data and standardized formatsExperience following or maintaining SOPs and reporting systemsStrong communication and collaboration skills in a startup or lean team settingBonus: PharmD or clinical credentials (not required)Why Join Us?You’ll be joining a mission-driven team at the inflection point of telehealth transformation.
