Responsibilities and deliverables
The Engagement:
- We are recruiting an AI Engineer (Claude Specialist) for a highly unique contract opportunity.
- The work involves building an AI-powered system that codifies a McKinsey-grade Recovery and Transformation Services (RTS) methodology into a guided Claude workflow, compressing an 8-week diligence process into a matter of days.
Scope of Work:
- Interview senior consultants to extract and structure the RTS methodology into a repeatable, AI-executable format.
- Design and build a Claude-based multi-agent system: Skills, tools, agents, MCP integrations, and a Claude.md playbook.
- Encode the full RTS workflow from kick-off to final deliverable as a guided, multi-step Claude process.
- Integrate data collection, analysis, and synthesis steps where feasible to automate diligence tasks.
- Hand over a working, documented system the client's team can operate and extend independently.
Deliverables:
- Working System: Claude-based RTS automation — Skills, tools, prompts, Claude.md, and supporting assets.
- User Playbook: Runbook for junior operators running the system day-to-day.
- Maintenance Guide: Extension guide for the client's technical team to build on post-handover.
- Demo Walkthrough: Live or recorded walkthrough on a real or representative RTS case.
Engagement Details:
- Type: Independent Contract.
- Duration: 6 to 10 weeks.
- Location: Fully Remote.
- Start: ASAP (within 2 weeks).
- Hours: Full-time preferred.
- Budget: USD 10,000 to 15,000.
- Payment: Milestone or biweekly.
- Reporting: Client daily, gigmote. weekly.
Out of Scope:
- ML training, fine-tuning, or research-style ML work.
- Front-end engineering beyond a basic operational UI.
- Custom model development.
Must-Have Skills:
- Deep Claude expertise: Skills, Claude.md, MCP, tool use, agent orchestration.
- 1+ production-grade agentic system shipped.
- Python: glue code, data extraction and integrations.
- Translate SME interviews into structured, reusable prompts.
- Self-directed; comfortable working solo with non-technical clients.
Strong to Have:
- Management consulting or corporate finance background.
- SOP digitisation or process automation experience.
- Financial modelling and corporate diligence familiarity.
