We run social media, press placements in outlets like USA Today and Forbes, and paid ads for some of the top clinics in the country. Our tech stack runs on GoHighLevel across multiple agency accounts, and right now it needs a dedicated owner.This is a part-time role to start, with a clear path to full-time for the right person. You'll report directly to Luke Lintz, the CEO.What you'll own:Mailgun setup and configuration across all GHL accounts for maximum email deliverabilityCold email infrastructure, domain health, and inbox integrityZapier automations connecting Facebook Ads, GHL, and the rest of our stackAI bot builds and workflow automations across multiple GHL agency accountsFull GHL account audits to find broken workflows, missed triggers, and gaps before they become client problemsAI-assisted process building and optimization using ClaudeWebsite updates and landing page maintenanceOngoing system monitoring so things don't just get built — they stay workingYou're the right person if:You've operated inside GHL at the agency level, across multiple sub-accountsYou've configured Mailgun or a comparable ESP inside GHL beforeYou're strong with Zapier, not just the basicsYou've built AI bots or automations, GHL native or otherwiseYou work EST hours and move fast when something breaksYou document what you build, so it doesn't live only in your headThis isn't the right role if:You need tasks handed to you line by lineYou've only used GHL as an end userYou consider a workflow "done" the moment it goes liveWhat it's like to work here:The team moves fast, standards are high, and the people here lead by doing.
