Job OverviewWe are seeking participants for a conversational audio recording project involving natural customer support-style conversations using provided prompts and instructions. Selected participants may complete recordings individually or with a partner depending on the assignment type and language requirements.Please note: submitting interest through Workable and/or the referral form does not guarantee participation or selection for the project. Due to project volume, language requirements, and limited assignment availability, participant selection and scheduling will be based on operational needs, language alignment, quality review, and a first come, first served model.Project DescriptionThis project involves recording approximately 1 hour of natural audio conversations based on customer support scenarios and prompts.Depending on the assignment, participants may:Record individually or with a partnerPlay a role such as Customer or Support AgentBe asked to record in one or two languages depending on the assignment scopeExample conversation topics may include:Verifying account detailsSolving basic technical issuesExplaining simple policies or troubleshooting stepsAll recordings must be completed in a quiet, noise-free environment to ensure audio quality standards are met.Participant ResponsibilitiesRecord conversations following provided instructions and promptsSpeak naturally and clearly during recordingsParticipate in assigned role-based scenariosEnsure recordings are completed in a quiet environmentUpload files correctly following project instructionsRe-record assignments if quality requirements are not metComplete assignments within project deadlinesSelection & Participation ProcessParticipant submits interest through Workable and/or the referral formParticipant information is reviewed based on language alignment and project needsSelected participants may receive additional onboarding instructions and agreement documentationApproved participants are scheduled based on project demand, pairing availability, and language needsSubmission of interest does not guarantee immediate assignment, onboarding, or participation.Payment InformationParticipants will be paid per approved assignment.Assignments involve approximately 1 hour of recording timePay Rate for 1 Hour of Recording: $25.00 USDPayment is based on approved work and successful quality reviewWork that does not meet quality standards may require re-recording or may not be approved for paymentPayment timelines and methods will vary depending on participant onboarding type and project structureImportant RequirementsApproximately 1 hour of recording per assignmentSpeak naturally (not robotic or scripted sounding)Follow instructions carefullyMaintain clear audio quality with minimal background noiseBe available for potential re-record requests if neededTechnical RequirementsComputer or laptop with internet accessWorking microphone/headsetAbility to use: Google Sheets, Google Drive, ZencastrAbility to download, rename, and upload files correctlyEligibility CriteriaStrong communication skills in required language(s)Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlinesAttention to detailAbility to participate in conversational recordingsAvailability aligned with project timelines and assignment needsAgreement & AcknowledgementSelected participants may be required to sign an agreement and acknowledgement form confirming:Understanding of project instructions and requirementsAcceptance of quality review and payment termsConsent for project-related use of recorded audio dataFixed Pay Rates (Project-Specific / No Ranges)Please note: These approved premium rates are specific to this project scope and launch phase only.
