Requirements and responsibilities
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable professional to manage vendor invoices, payments, and expense reporting for a growing company.This full-time role is essential to maintaining accurate financial records and supporting overall financial health.In this role, you will:Review, verify, and process vendor invoices accurately and on timeMatch purchase orders, invoices, and receipts for proper documentationPrepare and process payments (checks, ACH, wire transfers)Reconcile AP transactions and maintain accurate recordsRespond to vendor inquiries and build positive relationshipsAssist with expense reports and employee reimbursementsPrepare weekly/monthly AP reports for managementSupport month-end and year-end closing processesEnsure compliance with policies, tax regulations, and internal controlsYou bring:Proven experience in accounts payable or general accountingProficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, or similar) and MS ExcelStrong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reconciliationExcellent organizational and time management skillsStrong written and verbal communication abilitiesAbility to handle sensitive financial information with confidentialityMUST HAVE a Windows OS computerPreferred:Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldRole Details:Position: Payment Processing Specialist (1 opening)Type: Full-time (40 hours/week)Schedule: Mondays to Fridays, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM US Eastern Time (30-min unpaid break)Rate: $5.00 USD/hourLocation: Remote (Permanent Work From Home)This role may close at any time due to hiring or client changes—apply early to secure your chance.
