At Blooms, we're looking for a creative, resourceful SDR who is obsessed with finding opportunities where others don't. Because our prospects aren't only on LinkedIn.We want someone who understands that demand generation isn't about copying a sequence and waiting for replies. It's about researching, experimenting, testing new channels, and finding ways to start meaningful conversations with the right prospects.What you'll do:Identify and prospect strategic accounts.Build and execute multi-channel campaigns (LinkedIn, email, cold calling, communities, events, and more).Generate qualified meetings for the sales team.Test new ways to reach decision-makers.Work directly with the revenue team to build pipeline.What we're looking for:Experience as an SDR, BDR, or in B2B sales.A highly creative approach to prospecting and opening conversations.An experimentation mindset and a passion for continuous learning.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.The ambition to grow in a fast-paced startup environment.What we offer:100% remote work.Compensation in USD.Performance-based commissions.Ongoing training and professional development.
