We’re looking for someone meticulous, proactive, and self-driven. Someone who identifies problems before they escalate, scopes solutions, and delivers clean, performant code. You’ll need to collaborate actively and be vocal when needed. This is a remote role, but we don’t work asynchronously, we operate as if we’re all in the same room. The goal is to bring in a future tech lead, so a growth mindset is essential.What you will work on:Your work will challenge you to solve real problems every day — from customer-facing issues to building entirely new features.
