Requirements and responsibilities

Must Have: - Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience. - 7+ years of CNC machining experience with significant programming responsibility. - Advanced CNC programming experience (G-code and/or CAM systems). - Strong understanding of GD&T and blueprint interpretation. - Proven ability to improve machining efficiency and reduce cycle times. Good to Have: - Experience machining stainless steel, brass, and high-performance or corrosion-resistant alloys. - Experience with tooling selection, fixture design, and process improvement. - Hands-on machining experience (lathe and/or mill) strongly preferred. - Experience with automation, pallet systems, or lights-out manufacturing environments. Nice to Have: - Familiarity with ERP systems (Syteline or similar). - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Effective prioritization and project management abilities.
