Overview: 20four7VA is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Administrator to support property compliance operations. This role involves coordinating health and safety inspections and communicating with tenants, landlords, and service providers to ensure smooth scheduling and accurate record-keeping. Key Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to schedule inspections. - Coordinate appointments between tenants, landlords, and service providers. - Handle tenant inquiries related to inspections. - Maintain accurate records of communications and bookings. - Follow up on missed appointments and reschedule. - Book inspections via phone and online systems. - Manage tenant communication for compliance scheduling. Requirements: - Strong verbal communication skills with a professional phone manner. - Experience in customer service or appointment scheduling. - Good organizational and time-management skills. - Ability to handle sensitive conversations professionally. - Detail-oriented and customer-focused. - Knowledge of UK property regulations (preferred). Work Schedule: - Monday to Friday. - 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (UK Time). - 40 hours per week. Additional Details: - Experience Level: Entry to Advanced. - Language: English (Neutral Accent Preferred). - Preferred Location: South Africa & Philippines.
