We are seeking a highly experienced UX / Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant to support large-scale digital transformation and modernization initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in user experience strategy, stakeholder engagement, change adoption, communication planning, and enterprise transformation programs.🔹 Lead UX and OCM strategies for enterprise modernization projects🔹 Drive user adoption, stakeholder engagement & change readiness🔹 Conduct workshops, journey mapping & process assessments🔹 Develop communication, training & change management plans🔹 Collaborate with business, technical & leadership teams🔹 Support Agile delivery and human-centered design initiativesRequired Skills:15–20 years of UX / OCM experienceStrong expertise in digital transformation programsExperience with stakeholder management & change adoptionKnowledge of UX research, user journeys & process improvementExcellent communication, facilitation & leadership skills⭐ Preferred:Government / Public Sector / HHS project experienceExperience supporting large enterprise modernization initiativesAgile / Human-Centered Design / Change Management certificationsCompany: Zumra LLC
