Requirements and responsibilities


Creative Direction & Video Production: - Lead the end-to-end production of all video content for Client’s Global, including property showcase films, brand campaigns, investor presentations, virtual tours, testimonials, and event coverage. - Translate scripts and creative briefs (developed by the Copy / Script Supervisor) into detailed shot lists, storyboards, and production plans. - Direct shoots on-location and in-studio across the UAE and international markets, managing crew, talent, and logistics to deliver on time and on budget. - Set and uphold the visual and cinematic standards for all Client’s Global video output, ensuring consistency with the group's luxury positioning. - Oversee color grading, sound design, motion graphics, and post-production workflows to deliver broadcast-quality final assets. AI-Augmented Production: - Integrate AI-powered production tools into the video production workflow to accelerate content ideation, pre-visualization, and asset creation. - Supervise AI Interns in the use of AI scouting and story-development tools, ensuring generated concepts meet the creative brief before entering production. - Collaborate with Agent Operators on AI-generated video content pipelines, reviewing output for production quality, brand alignment, and editorial accuracy prior to publication. - Champion innovative production formats such as AI-enhanced virtual tours, generative visual effects, and synthetic media where appropriate and ethically sound. - Evaluate and recommend new AI production tools that could improve quality, speed, or cost-efficiency of the video function. Content Strategy & Channel Optimization: - Work closely with the Social Channels Management team to produce platform-native video formats (Reels, Shorts, Stories, long-form) optimized for each channel's algorithm and audience. - Partner with the Media Activation / Paid Media team to develop video creatives tailored to paid social, programmatic, and display campaigns across all markets. - Advise the Lead Generation & Management team on video content formats that drive enquiry and pipeline conversion, including property walk-throughs, lifestyle films, and testimonial content. - Maintain a content calendar for all video deliverables, aligned with campaign schedules, development launches, and seasonal marketing priorities. Production Operations & Standards: - Manage and develop the Video Production team, including freelance crew, directors of photography, editors, and motion graphics artists. - Establish and maintain production SOPs covering pre-production, shoot, post-production, asset delivery, and archiving. - Own the video asset library, ensuring all content is properly cataloged, versioned, and accessible to relevant stakeholders. - Manage production budgets responsibly, sourcing equipment, crew, and locations to maximize production value within agreed spend. - Ensure all productions comply with local filming regulations. Stakeholder Collaboration & Creative Leadership: - Present creative concepts, storyboards, and rough cuts to the Head of Content and senior stakeholders, incorporating feedback constructively. - Actively contribute to content strategy discussions, bringing a visual and cinematic perspective to campaign planning. - Mentor junior members of the production team and AI Interns, fostering a culture of creative ambition, technical excellence, and continuous learning. - Brief and manage external production companies, post-production houses, and drone operators when in-house capacity is exceeded. Person Specification: Essential Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media Studies, Visual Communications, or a related discipline; equivalent professional experience will be considered. - 7+ years of professional video production experience, with at least 3 years in a directing or creative lead role. - A compelling portfolio demonstrating high-production-value video work — luxury real estate, hospitality, architecture, or equivalent premium brand sectors strongly preferred. - Proven experience directing on-location shoots across multiple geographies, ideally including MENA and European markets. - Deep proficiency in industry-standard post-production software: Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, and associated audio tools. - Demonstrated experience integrating AI or emerging production technologies into a professional creative workflow. Skills & Competencies: - Exceptional visual storytelling ability — a strong directorial eye for composition, lighting, pacing, and narrative arc. - Confident creative leader who can direct talent (on-camera and voice-over) and crew with clarity and authority on set. - Strong project management skills: able to run multiple productions simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budget targets. - Excellent communicator — able to translate complex creative concepts into clear briefs for crew, editors, and non-creative stakeholders. - Commercial awareness: understands how video content drives brand perception, audience engagement, and sales enquiries. - A forward-thinking, AI-forward mindset — excited by the potential of generative and AI-assisted production tools. - Culturally sensitive and adaptable, with the ability to tailor production approach and visual style to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. - Arabic language proficiency or prior experience working in the MENA region. Desirable: - Experience in luxury real estate marketing or property development, with an understanding of project launches and investor communications. - Proficiency in drone operation or experience briefing and managing drone crews. - Knowledge of 3D visualization, CGI integration, or architectural rendering workflows. - Familiarity with virtual tour platforms and 360° video production.
