I’m still hiring an Executive Assistant, still fully remote, work from anywhere.This role will support both me and James McDonagh, our President, across a fast-growing, fully remote recruitment business.There will still be admin.Scheduling.Follow-ups.Coordination.Communication.Tracking.Chasing.Organizing.Solving.But the person we need is not just there to keep a diary tidy.We need someone who can create order from chaos, protect time, move things forward, and use the best tools available to make everyone around them more effective.The right person will be naturally curious.Fast-moving.Sharp.Positive.Commercially aware.Calm under pressure.Very comfortable figuring things out without needing step-by-step instructions.AI is now a big part of that.They also need to be extraordinarily strong with AI. I mean someone who is a genuine power user—someone who knows how to use AI to move faster, think sharper, create better work, and solve real business problems.Someone who can use these platforms to help produce professional-level slides, decks, documents, workflows, systems, research, and internal tools, and basic applications.Someone who knows how to build custom ChatGPTs.Someone who can take a repeated task, process, workflow, or business problem and turn it into something smarter, faster, and more scalable using AI.If you are an experienced Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff type operator, or high-level administrative professional who is also seriously strong with AI, message me directly.If you need everything perfectly laid out before you take action, this is not for you.If you are negative, this is not for you.If you are scared of new tools, this is not for you.But if you are the type of person who thinks: “Give it to me.
