Northbound Operating Partners is looking for a hands-on, developer-minded API & Coding Integration Specialist to join our Tech & Data team.This is a remote, full-time role focused on building, maintaining, and troubleshooting API integrations, AI-powered workflows, document automation, and code-level solutions across our software stack.We’re looking for someone who can work independently, read and debug code, understand business systems, and build clean, reliable integrations that help operations scale.What we’re looking for:3–5 years of experience in API development, software integration, backend scripting, or similar technical rolesStrong experience with REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, OAuth/API keys, and PostmanAbility to read, write, debug, and improve existing codeExperience with Python, JavaScript, Node.js, TypeScript, or similarFamiliarity with AI APIs, AI tools, or AI-powered workflowsExperience with document automation tools such as Box AI, Box API, DocuSign, PandaDoc, or similarKnowledge of automation tools such as Make, Zapier, n8n, or similarStrong communication skills and ability to work with non-technical stakeholdersEnglish B2–C1 and Spanish C1/native💰 Compensation range: USD 1,500 – 3,000/month🕒 Full availability required, with overlap with U.S. business hoursThis is a great opportunity for someone who understands how APIs, AI tools, document automation, and business systems connect — and wants to build solutions that have a direct operational impact.
